I am 41, I was raised in the Boston area, and I have been in IT and tech support doing this kind of work for over 15 years based in Brookline. Also I do creative work like videography, audio, photography and websites. now using the latest technologies like generative AI in areas like photo video and audio as well as traditional techniques. I have worked in moderate sized IT departments previously as well as worked privately by contract short term and longterm. My rates are affordable and by the job - no lower than $60, but no more than $200 for most services and situations. The average job is between $100 and $140 for a multiple hour appointment. Generally customers are satisfied after one appointment. If ongoing help is needed after an appointment it is offered generally free for simple requests and questions as a follow up to an appointment, and if you have basic questions please see the Contact Page, I am happy to help free for anything simple.

I base my rates partially on an hourly rate in this business environment and on the nature of what is being asked for on each job and my costs and my rates are cheaper than most competitors in my feild. Longer term and multiple appointment jobs can be negotiated over time at a different but similarly affordable rate. Things like dealing with large many terabyte data recovery and file management might be an example of a longterm larger job or building a website or other creative endeavor or similar large projects that require not just action but planning and promotion. I also guarantee all my work for you. If I don’t fix your issue in some way and it isn’t properly resolved and improved upon then I charge nothing for my labor. I am mindful and try to contain all costs whether it’s my labor or the customers expenses related to the job, I am always mindful of my clients’ budgets and I don’t give recommendations that are unrealistic or have those expectations of a client similarly. I accept CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and by check or cash.

I work in the immediate Boston area including Cambridge, Newton, and areas like Allston, Brighton, Downtown, Back Bay, Jamaica Plain, and North Brookline mainly. I am a 30 to 10 minute drive from these place. Appointments are available at your location, at your residence or place or business, or by drop-off at my location or pick-up in the areas above and below. I work out of my home as well so I do not provide an address online but I am located off Harvard St in Brookline near Pierce School, Brookline Village, and Coolidge Corner, I am happy to provide my address once we’ve talked a bit. I am conveniently located near Coolidge Corner in Brookline, MA. I am a half mile from the MBTA Green Line C and D branches (C - Coolidge Corner and D - Brookline Village stops). I am also a block away from the 66 and 65 buses for north south travel to Brighton, Roxbury, Mission Hill, Allston, and Watertown.

I do not drive so I do not service outside these locations generally speaking is pretty difficult, please be aware of this. but if travel can be arranged between us I can go further. I do not bill for travel time at all, but it affects my ability to meet.
